Pengaruh Fasilitas Outdoor Recreation Tebet Eco Park terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of outdoor recreation facilities on visitor satisfaction at Tebet Eco Park. The research uses a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. Data analysis includes validity, reliability, simple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and t-test. The results indicate that all questionnaire items are valid and reliable. The coefficient of determination value of 71.7% shows that outdoor recreation facilities have a strong influence on visitor satisfaction. The t-test results also reveal a significant effect with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The discussion highlights that the quality of facilities such as picnic areas, pedestrian paths, and environmental cleanliness plays an important role in enhancing visitor satisfaction. The conclusion states that outdoor recreation facilities have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction. Therefore, it is recommended that management improve cleanliness, supporting facilities, and accessibility to maintain and increase visitor satisfaction.
