Penerapan BMC (Business Model Canvas) Pada Wodowata Nirwana: Studi Kasus Pengembangan Bisnis)
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the application of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) in the business development of the Wodowata Nirwana tourist destination, located in Nagekeo, Flores Island, East Nusa Tenggara. This study uses SWOT analysis and BMC methods. The results show that the application of BMC can help Wodowata Nirwana in identifying and developing strategic business elements, such as market segmentation and value proposition. The uniqueness of local woven fabrics is also one of the value propositions. Based on the SWOT analysis results from the IFAS and EFAS tables, internal strengths dominate with a SW score of 1.18 (led by strong value propositions and customer segmentation), while external factors are somewhat favorable with an O-T of 0.60 (opportunities for continuous innovation exceed competitive threats), so that the overall position is in the aggressive SO quadrant—recommending growth strategies such as leveraging strengths for digital expansion and partnerships in thematic tourism, and addressing operational weaknesses for long-term sustainability.
