Pengaruh Fasilitas dan Atraksi Buatan Terhadap Minat Berkunjung Ke Aviary Park Bintaro

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of facilities and attractions on tourists’ intention to visit Aviary Park Bintaro. The study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 105 respondents who had previously visited Aviary Park Bintaro. The sample size was determined using an approach based on multiplying the number of indicators by seven, while the research variables were measured using a five-point Likert scale. The independent variables consisted of facilities and attractions, while the dependent variable was visit intention. The data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, the coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test with the assistance of SPSS. The results show that facilities have a positive and significant effect on visit intention. Attractions also have a positive and significant effect on visit intention. These findings highlight the importance of improving the quality of facilities and attractions to strengthen the appeal of Aviary Park Bintaro as a recreational and educational tourism destination.
