Jurnal Ilmiah Pariwisata (JIP) is committed to maintaining academic integrity, originality, and ethical standards in scholarly publishing. All submitted manuscripts are subject to plagiarism screening before proceeding to the peer-review process.

The journal establishes a maximum similarity index of 25% as a requirement for manuscript submission and editorial consideration.

Manuscripts with a similarity index exceeding 25% will be returned to the authors for revision. Authors are required to improve the originality of their manuscripts, ensure proper citation and paraphrasing, and resubmit the revised articles with a similarity index of 25% or lower.

Manuscripts that fail to meet the required similarity threshold will not proceed to the peer-review process until they comply with the journal's plagiarism screening policy.

In addition to the similarity index, the editorial team reserves the right to evaluate potential plagiarism, improper citation, and other forms of academic misconduct in accordance with established publication ethics.
