Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

  Manuscripts are typed using a computer, the program used is Microsoft Word, with a size of 1 space, the number of pages ranging from 10 to 20 pages in A4 size includes pictures, illustrations and bibliography. Upper and lower margins are 2 cm, left and right 3 cm.

Manuscripts in the form of research results or literature studies which are equivalent to the results of research, objective, analytical and systematic

The writing system is accordance with their respective fields of study, which outline contains abstracts in English, and must include keywords. Abstracts are written in one paragraph with no more than 200 words

Articles (research results) include:

  • Title
  • Author's name and email address
  • Abstract (in English)
  • Keyword (Italic)
  • Introduction (includes problems, objectives and a little literature review with subtitles as needed)
  • Literature Review
  • Research methods
  • Results and Discussion
  • Conclusions (and Suggestions if needed)

Articles / Essays (equivalent research results) contain:

The citation technique follows the author's date page (ADP) format by entering the author's name and year of publication attached to the text at the beginning or middle of the paragraph and all names and years enclosed in parentheses for the end of the text paragraph.

Writing style of references in JIP: Jurnal Ilmiah Pariwisata use format APA.

For Indonesian scripts, written using good and correct Indonesian, while for English scripts use American or English English style.

The original manuscript, has never been published in other media.

Avoid using foreign languages, except if necessary and writing using italics

Manuscripts entered and published in journals are editors' prerogative and made into data banks and cannot be contested. Manuscripts that are not loaded will not be returned unless the sending of the manuscript is accompanied by a shipping fee.

Systematics of writing in accordance with their respective fields of science, outlines containing abstracts in English, and must include keywords (keywords).

Certainty of acceptance, rejection and loading of the manuscript will be notified to the author in writing or with other media.
