Abstract

 


This study aims to determine the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction of Kopi Kenangan, The Breeze Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD). The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The study population was all customers who had consumed The Breeze Coffee Memories, BSD. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 customers of The Breeze Coffee Memories, BSD. The sampling technique in the study used the Random Sampling method. Analysis of the data in this study using simple linear regression and to test the hypothesis using t test. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.
