Kepuasan, Motivasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention Melalui Stres Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Kasus Hotel di Jakarta)
Abstract
The high level of employee turnover in all companies is very evident in today's life. The number of new job offers or feeling uncomfortable at work becomes a consideration for someone deciding to resign. Work satisfaction is obtained, work motivation that has begun to be flexible, work stress that has begun to be not conducive makes the level of job presure so high, and finally decides to resign, and the company experiences a high turnover intention. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction, work motivation, and work stress on turnover invention through job presure at Spark Jakarta hotel. The research method used is the path analysis method using PLS (partial list square). In evaluating the suitability of the model used measurements using validity and reliability. The research subjects were employees of Spark Hotel Jakarta and the number of respondents used was 100 respondents based on estimated parameters. The results showed that the work stress and work motivation had a positive effect on Turnover Intention, and job satisfaction had a negative effect on Turnover Intention. In intervening variables job presure, job satisfaction and work motivation have a positive effect on Turnover Intention.
