Analisis Faktor Pembentuk Persepsi Risiko Wisatawan Melalui Twitter terhadap Perubahan Kebijakan Pariwisata Selama Masa Pandemi Covid-19
Abstract
Facing Covid-19 pandemic, the government has taken various policies so that the tourism industry can still operate while the safety of tourists can still be guaranteed. From the policies issued by the government, different risk perception are formed from each community. Therefore, this study aims to analyze what are the main factors shaping the public's risk perception through Twitter towards changes in tourism policy that adjust to the Covid-19 pandemic situation. Social media was chosen because people are currently using it to gather information, plan, and make travel decisions. A qualitative approach is used in this study by using tweets from the Twitter platform as a data source. The Nvivo 14 application is used to analyze tweets and the used features are Group Query and Crosstab. There are 3 risk perceptions studied, namely positive perception, pessimistic perceptions and cautious perception. From the analysis, it was found that the main form of positive perception sentiment is sharing experiences, then the pessimistic perception sentiment is most influenced by cynicism behavior, and the main form of cautious perception sentiment is searching for information.
