Dari Manual ke Digital: Rancangan Sistem Informasi El Homestay Berbasis Siklus Tamu
Abstract
El Homestay Bali faces several operational challenges, including inadequate guest data recording, manual financial management, and ineffective promotion. This project aims to address these issues by implementing better information systems and modern marketing strategies. The methods used include intensive mentoring, specialized training, and the development and application of digital systems for guest data recording and financial management. During the pre-arrival stage, the project involved creating a logo, fact sheet, website, and social media presence to enhance the homestay's visibility and branding. In the in-house stage, information about guest activities, the surrounding area, and an inventory control sheet for supplies were developed. At the departure stage, a guest feedback system using barcodes and a simple financial information system based on Excel were introduced. The results of this project show increased operational efficiency through the digitization of guest data recording and financial management processes. Additionally, improvements in digital marketing strategies successfully expanded the homestay's promotional reach.
