Conflict of Interest
Jurnal Pemberdayaan Pariwisata (JPP) is committed to ensuring that editorial decisions are made independently, objectively, and transparently.
Authors, editors, and reviewers are required to disclose any financial or non-financial interests that could reasonably be perceived to influence their judgment or involvement in the publication process.
Authors should disclose relevant conflicts of interest in their submitted manuscripts. If no conflicts exist, authors should provide an appropriate declaration stating that there are no conflicts of interest to disclose.
Editors and reviewers must notify the editorial team of any circumstances that could compromise their impartiality. These may include personal relationships, professional collaborations, financial interests, or other competing interests involving the authors or the subject of the manuscript.
Where a conflict of interest is identified, the journal will take appropriate measures, which may include assigning an alternative editor or reviewer.
Disclosure of a conflict of interest does not automatically mean that a manuscript will be rejected. The purpose of disclosure is to support transparency and protect the integrity of editorial and peer-review decisions.
