Optimalisasi Pengelolaan Desa Wisata Linggamekar melalui Forum Group Discussion Pemetaan Potensi, Penyusunan Paket Wisata, Pemanduan Wisata, Strategi Bisnis, dan Pelayanan Prima

Abstract

This Program aims to enhance the capacity of the community in Linggamekar Tourism Village in managing community-based tourism potential through tourism potential mapping, tour package development, tourism business strategy, tour guiding, and service excellence. The implementation method uses a participatory and educational approach including Focus Group Discussion (FGD), training, mentoring, simulations, and evaluation through pre-test and post-test. The program involved 35 participants consisting of village officials, Tourism Awareness Group members, local entrepreneurs, youth, and community leaders. The results show a significant increase in participants’ knowledge and skills, with the average pre-test score rising from 54.2% to 87.6% in the post-test, an improvement of 33.4%. Participants were able to identify tourism potentials, design tour packages, and improve understanding of business strategy, guiding, and service quality. Satisfaction levels were very high, indicating program relevance to community needs. The findings indicate that participatory training and mentoring effectively strengthen community capacity in tourism village management. Therefore, sustainability is recommended through institutional strengthening, digital marketing development, and multi-stakeholder collaboration to support the long-term development of Linggamekar Tourism Village. These outcomes also highlight the importance of continuous capacity building programs and collaboration between universities, local government, and community stakeholders in rural tourism development efforts.
